Aims and Objectives of KASO

  1. To provide common platform for Surgeons involved in care of cancer patients in the State for coordinating and promoting relationships between them and Surgical Oncologists in the other states.
  2. To promote the speciality of Surgical Oncology for the benefit of cancer patients
  3. To engage in or promote or aid research and study in the field of Surgical Oncology and form research teams to deal with specific Surgical Oncology questions.
  4. To promote, conduct or co-ordinate meetings, seminars, conferences, workshop, lectures etc. for disseminating latest advances in the field of Surgical Oncology.
  5. To associate with various National and International bodies in the field of Oncology, to achieve laid down goals of the organization.

Terms and Conditions

Membership Eligibility

Regular Membership

Any surgical specialist (MS/DNB (Gen Surgery), MD/DNB/DGO (Gynecology), and MS/DNB/DLO (ENT) duly registered under the Medical Council of India

Associate Membership 

Trainees undergoing PG Training in MS/ DNB/DLO (ENT) duly registered under the Medical Council of India

Cancellation & Refund Policy: 

  1. KASO reserves the right to terminate the membership if a member is found to act against the clauses of the bylaw. No refund will be provided under any circumstances. 
  2. Membership fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
